3. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights, which may be exercised free of charge within the limits provided by law.
Access
You may request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and obtain a copy of the data, subject to applicable legal limits.
Rectification

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Complaint

4. How to exercise your rights
To exercise your rights, you may send a request to info@heatvox.com or by certified email (PEC) to ismail.mallouk@legalmail.it. To help us process the request efficiently, please include at least:
- your name and the contact details you used to interact with HeatVox;
- the right you wish to exercise;
- a clear description of your request;
- any relevant information that may help identify the matter or relationship, such as the email address used, company or date of contact.
HeatVox may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester where necessary to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
5. Response times
Requests are generally handled within one month of receipt. For particularly complex or numerous requests, the period may be extended within the limits permitted by the GDPR. In such cases, the data subject will receive a reasoned notice.
